Shipping and Returns
Custom builds can take an additional 1-4 days depending on the size and complexity of colors.
Given the nature of filaments (especially if gradients or multicolor filaments), there will be color variation in most designs. Every product is unique due to this.
Please email if there are any issues with your product when you receive it.
Overall there are no returns on custom orders, but if damage was done prior to arrival, we will work to correct it.
